Great location, huge room. But: at the pool area no umbrellas to rent, either you sunburn or pay 800 dollars for a daybed, towels don’t get taken away from chairs when they are unoccupied for a long time. Service girls at the pool area aren’t attentive. Concierge gave confusing information about the pool cocktail happy hour and in the end didn’t know. No proper introduction to the facilities available in the hotel, if we had a proper map,we might have consumed more in the restaurants at the hotel.
Positive: Location, huge room, pools are nice
Negative: Staff just normal friendly not the extra mile.
